2. Minutes of Last meeting:

Matters Arising:

Peter Cross attended community
centre meeting on 26th March; issues resolved regarding invoices for rental
and payment of grant. Also queries of our AGM minutes of last year stating
that Mrs Shepperd could represent community council at meetings of hall – this
cannot be as not a member of the council.

Peter will continue as
community council representative at community centre meetings until the AGM.

Clerk to write to Pat Allen to
state that meeting of 4th June will be postponed until 11th June due to
European elections.

month; 93 new; 19 returning users.

6. Village & Community Issues

No response received as yet
from PCC letter regarding all issues concerning local area – if nothing
received by May meeting appointments will be made with officers at County Hall
to try to resolve issues to a positive outcome.

Circular Trials walks with
Kevin Straw still being developed; volunteers have been recruited but more are
needed.

9. Planning
Huw
Jeffries has shown a personal interest in planning application P2009 0341 so has
left the room.

10. Any other Business

Peter Cross to take over
maintenance of information on the notice board. Clerk to provide Peter with
pack of laminating pouches.

Clerk to inform all necessary
parties of change of address.

Radnorshire Community Councils
and County Hall liaison meet and greet held in September – another was planned
for April but no invite to date.

Query from local resident as
to why the recycle bins have been removed from Knills garage car park. Paper
bank is now situated at the school as benefit from it. Others removed from as
rental of ground was too high. Councillors to think of other sites by May
meeting.

AGM will be held on Thursday
7th May at 7.30pm. Peter has produced a poster to advertise this.
