3. Highway Matters
· Pot holes in village have been filled under bridge following bad weather.
· Briarfield area nr TanyFron still seems untreated – Derek to contact MWTA again.
· Signage for Penybont station – Derek to chase
· Chase up on pavements leading out of Crossgates toward station – uncut hedges.
4. Update from Powys County Council
· None
5. Village and Community Issues
· Penybont station sign query – chase up with rail track/highways
· Community Centre meeting update – meeting to be arranged – action Derek
· Clerk to chase up Terrys plaque for quotes
· Consider donation for renovated sign at station in March when end of year complete

· 4520 hits to date
· Ringmaster updated
· Now registered with British Towns and Villages on the home page, will come up with site if you search Crossgates in Google.
7. Financial Reports
· Community account - £1983.69 CR
· Business Money Manager - £947.60 @ 22.12.10
· Clerk invoice £164.64 paid
· Invoice requested from community centre for affilation fee and outstanding rental.
· Quotation letter for PCC grass cutting @ £258.96 plus VAT; all agreed to accept quote.

· Rural Housing Enabler & Local Development Plan info letter – noted
· Royal British Legion – great poppy weekend info supplied – noted, as no resources to hold such a event and presume that RBL in Llandrindod would be holding such event
· Society of local clerks – welsh training bursary – noted – no action
