4.       Update from Fred Barker, PCC

• None

5.       Website Update

• 1330 total hits; 68 last month; 56 new; 12 returning users.
• December Minutes have been added
• Bus Shelter completed and photos now on website
• Statement of accounts still to be added – copy requested from Clerk
• Circular trials project to be added – to be developed with Huw Jeffries

6.       Village & Community Issues

• A483 – extra caravan on previously noted site
  • Letter to be drafted to Jeremy Patterson re. no reply or action following last letter sent by Mark Kerr – positive response and actions needed for enquiries and complaints.
• Chalet bungalow on Rock Road is vacant and the hedge is very overgrown onto footpath – Fred to be contacted to enquiry re ownership and maintenance thereof.
• Query of building works behind wooden chalet on roundabout of A483; work has been started and not completed – question with letter to planning
• Regret of pub closure as a great loss to community atmosphere; being bought to the attention of councilors due to being a historic regency style building and one of the oldest in the village -  possibility of getting building listed.

-         Community Centre Rent & Affilation fee - £98.00

• Donations this year are limited as expenditure on the bus shelter has used extra funds.  Councillors also feel it is not their place to use tax payers money for donation purposes.

• Delegation lists for Nov, Dec and Jan received
• Dolau Jenkin Chicken Farm – outline planning has been granted

• Peter Cross to attend next Community Centre Management Committee meeting as representative on Thursday 26^th March.
