3. Highway Matters
· Derek has contacted MWTA re Briarfield drainage issues
· Reported loose man hole cover outside Wayside, Guidfa Meadows. It is raised off pavement causing a tripping hazard. Clerk to email
details to Derek asap
· Still significant pot-holes on main road/knills garage entrance – need to establish if PCC or Knills responsibility to fill them

5. Village and Community Issues
· Payment for Station sign – deferred to next meeting
· Plaque for Terry – follow up prices with new size – 8x3 inches approx., based on £50 approx quote – proposed and seconded to go
ahead with this.
6. Website Update
· 4800 approx hits to date
· Community Centre Activities need updating
· Ringmaster updated
7. Financial Reports
· Community account - £1779.05 CR
· Clerk invoice for Feb/Mar paid
· Invoice for grass cutting - £301.40 - paid
· Community Centre Grant for £500 – paid
· Outstanding invoice for rent and affiliation fee needed for centre

· PCC – Full register of electors 2011 – to file
· SP Mid Wales Connections newsletter – forward to Peter to add info to website
· Dyfed Powys Police Super Intendant Steve Hughson seconded to new position – noted
