Centre Committee still unreceived and incorrect invoice received again clerk
to write to committee.
3. Presentation of Community Council Website

Domain for Llanbadarn
Fawr Community Council has been registered with a company called Redstation
initial payment for this for 2 years is £9.28.

First year payment will
be only £9.28; 2nd year will be £69.33 and 3rd year will
be £73.97. VAT will be refundable on the above.

Councillors agreed that
this was a reasonable expenditure and that a worthwhile source of information
for the community to access.

Only query is that area
is known as Crossgates to locals, not Llanbadarn Fawr and people may have
difficulties finding website. Web needs 1000 hits before it becomes live on
any search engine.

Community council to
explore possible use of Llanbadarn Fawr name on community/village signs name
of person at PCC in relevant department to be sought.

Matters:

Verge at Penybryn has
been reported and logged by PCC, it is not a safety hazard at present so is
not on top of work list.

explore the possibility of bollards on Penybryn corner N Shepperd to speak
to D Price.

Observation by local
resident that PCC refuse lorry takes both black bin bags and recycling and
trade waste all rubbish is mixed together when crusher comes down not
separated in lorry as previously stated.

Empty bungalow on
Rock Road,
3rd property on right hand side if you are traveling up, hedge is
very overgrown and imposing onto pavement query to Fred Barker.
