1. Apologies: Jenny Bowman
2. Minutes from last meeting - 1st July and 12th August 2010 - OK
Matters arising - PCC Local Boundary Commission for Powys – info relayed back to community councillors that were absent last meeting.
Acceptance with regret of resignation from Councillor Terry Simpson due to health.

· None
5. Village and Community Issues
· a) Community Centre meeting held on Tues 7th Sept – discussion re.october meeting as no quorum, for moving forward plans of fire
alarm system.
· b) Drain near Briarfield, Tan y Fron, possibility of blockage – with winter coming is hazaedous to residents as leaks and freezes onto
footpath. Clerk to write to Trunk Road Agency, Huw to email with grid reference.
· c) Derek to chase up issue of fence over speed limit sign and also the verge obstructing pavement on other side of the road, A44 from
Crossgates to Penybont Station corner
6. Website Update
· a) Community Centre information needs updating – Derek to email Peter Cross
b) 3650 approx hits to date
· c) Redstation renewal hosting agreed - £78.60
7. Financial Reports
· Current Account - £827.11 at 22 August 2010, awaiting August precept.
· Redstation invoice - £78.60 paid
· Clerk August Invoice - £160.60 paid
· BDO Annual Audit signed off – clerk to post to auditors
8. Correspondence
· British Red Cross – charity support letter, noted – no action
9. Planning
· P2010 0882 – Erection of 2 storey dwelling – not in our area – noted & filed
