Minutes of Annual General Meeting held at Crossgates Community Centre on Thursday 2nd August 2007.
Present: Nick Shepperd (Chair), County Councillor Fred Barker, Phil Knill, Terry Simpson, Marianne Lewis, Derek Price and Cynthia Shepperd.
Apologies: Huw Jeffreys, John Harding.
Election of Chairman: Mr. Shepperd proposed by Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Price.
Election of Vice Chairman: Mr. Jeffreys agreed to be elected in his absence, proposed by
Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Knill.
Election of Community Centre Representative: Mr. Shepperd proposed by Mr. Price, seconded by Mr. Simpson.
Standing Orders: Section 23 – Planning Applications filed. Otherwise no changes and passed unanimously by Committee.
