· Declarations of Interest:- Nick Shepperd is members of the British Legion & Golden Age Club. Derek Price is a school governor for Crossgates Primary.

Bus Shelter D Price to draft a letter to officially request bus shelter, depending on price of collection and siting of shelter.
Traffic/Speed counter in village D Price to draft a letter to Tony Caine requesting official report.

Clerk to contact local PC to invite to next meeting to request info on crimes records and detection rates for area also community/neighbourhood watch schemes.
Website reported back that PCC IT department could initially set up at a commercial cost. Community Council would be looking at setting up a community website to include accommodation, amentities and council news. Facts and thoughts to be brought to next meeting. Clerk to contact Nick Talbot re setting up costs.
Co-option of Mrs Jenny Bowman onto council.
